These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 91piso platform and all services offered. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using 91piso, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account on 91piso and to engage in any real-money gaming activity on the platform. This minimum age requirement is established in accordance with regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 91piso strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time.
1.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 91piso platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager. 91piso makes no representations as to the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
1.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law, that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing you from participating in gambling activities, and that your use of 91piso is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.
1.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) 91piso account. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming services on 91piso, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including a valid email address and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
2.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 91piso username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person and must take all reasonable steps to ensure no unauthorized access to your account occurs. 91piso will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.3 Account Security. 91piso strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. In the event you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify the 91piso support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be implemented without delay.
3.1 KYC Obligation. In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and applicable Philippine law, 91piso is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires players to submit valid, government-issued identification documents.

3.3 Verification Timeline. 91piso will process KYC submissions within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt during normal business operations. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Enhanced Due Diligence. 91piso reserves the right to request additional documentation or information from any player at any time, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, proof of address, or enhanced verification for high-value transactions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 91piso currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay transfers. 91piso reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time, subject to reasonable prior notice where practicable.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is Philippine Peso (PHP) One Hundred (₱100.00). There is no maximum single transaction deposit limit, although transaction limits set by your payment service provider (e.g., GCash daily transaction limits) may apply independently of 91piso's policies.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya will be credited to the player's 91piso wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are generally credited on the same business day but may be subject to processing times imposed by the originating financial institution.
4.4 Third-Party Deposits. Players are strictly prohibited from depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to make deposits into their 91piso account. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Violation of this provision may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 91piso platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 91piso does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges imposed by the player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To withdraw funds from your 91piso account, you must have: (a) successfully completed the KYC identity verification process; (b) a verified payment method registered in your own name; and (c) no outstanding promotional wagering requirements on any bonus balance associated with your account.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank accounts are generally processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱200.00. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. 91piso operates a same-method withdrawal policy for anti-money laundering compliance. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent technically possible. Where this is not practicable, 91piso may request documentary evidence to authorize an alternative withdrawal method.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback amounts, and promotional rewards offered by 91piso are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a 91piso account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Players must meet the stated wagering requirement on qualifying games within the stated validity period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 91piso reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings where 91piso determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to fulfill wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms, or any other conduct designed to exploit the spirit of a promotion.
6.4 Welcome Bonus. The 91piso welcome bonus is available to new players making their first real-money deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. Existing accounts that have been closed and re-registered are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
6.5 Cashback & Rebate Programs. Cashback amounts credited to a player's account are calculated based on net losses in the applicable qualifying period. Cashback credits may carry reduced wagering requirements as specified per promotion. 91piso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any cashback program with reasonable notice.
7.1 Random Number Generation. All 91piso casino games employ certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems used on the 91piso platform are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in each game's information panel.
7.2 Game Rules. Individual game rules, paytables, and payout schedules are governed by the terms published by the respective game provider (JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, or other licensed provider). In the event of a malfunction, disputed outcome, or technical failure during gameplay, the game provider's decision shall be final subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verifiable server error, software malfunction, or technical fault that materially affects the outcome of a game, 91piso reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Payouts arising from manifestly erroneous game states caused by technical faults will not be honored.
7.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. Bet limits may vary by game category, game provider, and player VIP tier. 91piso reserves the right to impose individual player bet limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.
8.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 91piso platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, 91piso will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from creating new accounts or receiving promotional communications.
9.4 Age Verification. 91piso strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. If at any point there is reasonable doubt as to whether a player meets the age requirement, 91piso will suspend the account and request documentary age verification before permitting further access.
10.1 Data Collection. 91piso collects and processes personal data about players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail the categories of personal data collected, the purposes of processing, data retention periods, and player rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
10.2 Data Use. Personal data collected by 91piso is used for the following primary purposes: account registration and management; identity verification (KYC); transaction processing; fraud prevention and security; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and communication of account-related information. Marketing communications are subject to separate consent where required by law.
10.3 Data Security. 91piso implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect player data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All connections to the 91piso platform are encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit SSL encryption. Player passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible in plain text to any 91piso personnel.
11.1 Ownership. All content on the 91piso platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, game content, software, and databases, is owned by or licensed to 91piso and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine and international copyright law.
11.2 Limited License. 91piso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any platform content without 91piso's prior written consent.
11.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, or systematically extract content from the 91piso platform. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
12.1 Platform Availability. 91piso does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily limit access to the platform. 91piso will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
12.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 91piso shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform; or (d) losses resulting from third-party systems including payment providers, internet service providers, or device manufacturers.
12.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded, 91piso's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 91piso account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (less any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method.
13.2 Termination by 91piso. 91piso reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; provision of false information; chargebacks; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or any other conduct reasonably deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, 91piso reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. Where termination results from verified prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The PAGCOR regulatory framework and all applicable Philippine statutes, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000, are incorporated by reference where applicable.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 91piso platform, you agree to first submit the matter to the 91piso customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within fifteen (15) business days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
14.3 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal process described in clause 14.2.
15.1 Right to Amend. 91piso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record and/or through a prominent notice on the 91piso platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required for immediate regulatory compliance or security reasons.
15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 91piso platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
15.3 Version History. The current version number and effective date of these Terms are displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request from the 91piso support team.
